Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team at the
Multi Client Hub. You will manage financial records across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring
accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate books for multiple client accounts using cloud-based accounting software
•Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial transactions on a regular basis
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for each client
•Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and statutory returns
•Build and maintain financial models to support client decision-making
•Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide financial insights
•Ensure compliance with Zimbabwe tax legislation and ZIMRA reporting deadlines


Qualifications and Experience
•Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-client environment
•Proficiency in Palladium accounting software ★ MUST HAVE
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
•Financial modelling skills — ability to build, interpret, and present models
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to engage clients professionally
•Strong knowledge of Zimbabwe tax legislation and ZIMRA requirements
•High level of integrity, organisation, and attention to detail
